To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
⚫ The exchange request is made within 24 hours of delivery.
⚫ The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
⚫ Tags, labels, and packaging are fully intact and undamaged.
⚫ The exchange is requested for sizing-related issues only.
We do not accept exchanges for the following:
⚫ Used, washed, or damaged items.
⚫ Items without original tags or packaging.
⚫ Requests made after the 24-hour window.
⚫ Sale or promotional items, including giveaways and free items.
⚫ Requests to exchange for a different product or style. Please note exchanges are limited to the same item in a different size, subject to availability.

⚫ Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.
⚫ Ship the Item
Ship the item back within 2 working days of receiving instructions. All shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
⚫ Receive Exchanged Item
Once we receive and inspect the original item, your replacement will be dispatched within 1–3 business days.
All exchange-related shipping charges (both to and from our facility) are the responsibility of the customer. This helps us maintain our commitment to high-quality production while keeping pricing fair.
⚫ We do not offer refunds or returns.
⚫ We recommend contacting our team if you have any questions regarding size issues.
⚫ L’AMOURFITS reserves the right to reject any exchange if items do not meet the stated conditions.
