2. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

At L’AMOURFITS, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). To maintain the integrity of our service and ensure a smooth experience, all orders must be fully prepaid before processing and dispatch.

This policy allows us to:

Once payment is confirmed, we offer next-day express delivery within the Kathmandu Valley, and quick fulfillment across Nepal and internationally.

3. Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order is placed and payment is confirmed. However, we provide a 24-hour exchange window for sizing-related issues on eligible items.

For exchanges, the item must meet the following criteria:

⚫ Unworn and unwashed

⚫ In original packaging with tags intact

⚫ Returned within 24 hours of delivery (exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer)
